"The Decisive Battle of Scramble" was a Scramble City based promotion that was being run at the same time as Transformers Headmasters was on the TV. Fliers for the promotion prominently feature the new at the time Computron ans Abominus figures and how they merge with the 4 other combiner teams. Strangely the commercial doesn't showcase any of the new scamble city combiner teams and instead focuses on the Massive Fortress Maximus.
