Scramble city was a original OVA episode of Transformers created to showcase the most recent characters which had new toys coming soon. This retelling using action figures instead of animation was believed to be a continuation of the animated OVA and for a long time was dubbed Scramble City 2. However in more recent years with the wider use of the internet more information came to light over what the episode actually was, a retelling of the original ova using the toys.
